In order to maintain a high quality of integrations the below standards should be met and maintained by Integrators.

Time to accept an order | Time between receiving the order and sending back the accepted status to Wolt. | <3 minutes | Wolt auto rejects orders which are not accepted within 3 minutes. |
Time to accept a pre-order | Time between receiving the order and sending back the accepted status to Wolt. | <15 minutes | Wolt rejects preorders after the 15 minute confirmation window. |
Availability | The availability of a venue being online. | 97% | When a venue is offline it has no visibility to customers and therefore cannot transact. |
